HDPE Conveyor Roller
HDPE Belt Conveyor idlers are the new generation heavy-duty lightweight, alternative to steel shell rollers.

Although the rollers are lightweight (approximately *0% that of steel),they are engineered using modern polymer and fibre (HDPE) materials to substantially out last steel. 

In humid and wet conditions, the Polymer Conveyor Rollers offer the best material handling equipment solution to roller failurecaused by corrosion.

Heavy rigid and high impact roller performance: Different from the steel roller the synthetic roller has good impact and instauration. Strengthened frame offers the synthetic roller to the same rigidity as a steel roller.

Excellent waterproof and anti-dust;

Higher efficiency: Ejection body, homogeneous mass, good roundness, minimum roller factor, durable for high speed operation, power saving, noise free.

Light weight: The synthetic roller is *0% lighter than traditional steel roller, suitable for small drive, head pulley and tail pulley, it can save ¼ cost for power and equipment cost.

Low maintenance cost: Long service life (guarantee for two years under normal operation), no lubrication oil needed, easy replacement, reduce maintenance labour and time to the minimum.
